About

Have you ever wondered why some objects stick to magnets and some don’t? Or why they stick to or push away other magnets? Would you like to explore how static electricity can make a balloon stick to things? Come find out about magnets and static electricity at Science Time: Magnets and Static Electricity!

Science Time involves little scientists in a fun and interactive learning experience. Children will solve problems and explore their exciting world. Each session starts with a question. Children and their caregivers work together to investigate, discover, and then share their findings. Hands-on experiments, activities and crafts help children explore the topic further. The session finishes with a demonstration and an activity sheet so you can continue your STEM journey at home.

Things to know
